Short Bio:

Savage Tongues is a Charleston, SC-based rock band formed in 2010. Their style is a modern Southern Rock with Classic Rock influence.

The band is made up of singer/songwriter/rhythm guitarist Alex Goss, along with his younger brother keyboardist/organist Matt Goss. The two share a lifelong passion for music, fostered in part by their parents, one whom co-operated the popular Charleston music club, Myskyn’s Tavern, and the other who is a choir director. The Goss brothers are accompanied by guitarist Andy Adkins, drummer Johnny “Boat” Emmel (of Golden Palace), and Donovan Albia on bass. All five musicians have grown up in the Charleston area and have years of experience playing music together in various bands like Golden Palace and 5th March. Their music is an attempt to pay homage to all the great artists who have come and gone before.

In June, 2012, Savage Tongues celebrated the release of the band’s self-titled debut album recorded with Jeff Peek of The Sound Factory Studio in Charleston, SC. In 2014, the band released their second full-length album The Root.

Short Bio:

Vitne (Joseph Kimbrell, born January 17, 1985) is an American rock musician and solo artist based in Oslo, Norway.  His musical style is Melodic Rock/AOR, Progressive Rock, Punk, and even some Glam Metal.

Kimbrell made his international debut in 2009 playing the character of Rock Hardt of the fictional hair-metal band SEKS (also starring Alex and Johnny of GP), followed by a real live version of the band in Norway. The group toured in 2011 in support of their album Harder Than You, and in 2013 he started his solo career as Vitne after the live version of SEKS had been put on hold.  Kimbrell works closely with guitarist Julian Angel of the hair-metal band Beautiful Beast, having met during the recording of SEKS' Harder Than You. The two have gone on to be described as a "modern-day version of Billy Idol and Steve Stevens" (Sleaze Roxx).

Vitne's debut album Neon has been highly praised by international music bloggers for its marriage of glam metal with Japanese visual kei rock style.  Jamsphere said, "If you want an album that sums up the state of hair metal in 2014, this is the one....This album is an absolute necessity for anybody who likes hard rock."  His latest EP Endless Blue won "Best Rock EP" as well as a Top 5 "Executive Top Pick" in 2015 from the Akademia Awards. Joseph's new Vitne album is currently in the mixing stages and has a tentative Fall 2016 release.

Fans of Gackt, Crashdiet, Reckless Love, Billy Idol, Poison, Sum 41 and Mötley Crüe will enjoy music by Vitne.
